I feel glad when Author sends a small letter of appreciation and a signed copy of book directly to your home, this happened to me when I participated in a Giveaway and won this book Heart, Mind & Wallet.

This book is all about marketing skills, how different companies lure the Indian consumers to sell their products. As the author Ankur Ashta is a marketing professional and working with the automobile industries, he has a very good eye on consumers, this book is an outcome of observing human behaviour.

The book captures interesting case studies like Godrej hair dyes are used to colour buffaloes in order to sell buffaloes at higher price, washing machines are used to make “Lassi”, ‘Nocebo Effect’, Sigmund Freud’s Pleasure Pain Principle, Audi makes special horns for Indian vehicle, profit margin of Ice cream companies, etc.

The language of the book is simple and examples can be swallowed easily in your mind. The book is meticulously researched. A very useful and insightful book, for the person in the field of marketing and also for the aspiring marketers. I highly recommend this book to marketing students and salesman. Intriguing details are provided in the book. In one word it’s a Must Read book.
